Welcome to KSS Minor Oral Surgery
We have been providing NHS intermediate oral surgery services for patients in Kent since 2011. Over the years, our service has expanded to serve areas of Kent, Surrey and Sussex. We operate our services by visiting existing dental practices (currently over 25 locations) to help serve local populations. Our team of surgeons have experience in working in hospital oral surgery departments and are accredited by the NHS to perform extractions on referral via the NHS pathway. We also provide these procedures on a private basis. Our administration and support teams are highly skilled to provide an efficient and quality service.

Oral surgery refers to any medical procedure performed on the mouth with specific regard to the teeth, jaw, and/or gums.
Dental Implants
A dental implant is used to support one or more false teeth. It is a titanium screw that can replace the root of a tooth when it fails.

I was very nervous having to have a back tooth out but I soon felt at ease when meeting Flora and Poppy. They were very sweet to me and talked about all sorts, taking my mind off the inevitable. Flora was very gentle with the injection and my experience was quick pain free. That's all that anyone could want. My gum is healing nicely, a little sore, to be expected after one day. The receptionist was very welcoming also. A great team.
I recently visited Senacre Surgery, where the KSS team (though I regretfully can’t recall their names due to nerves) removed my tooth. From start to finish, they were incredibly kind, caring, and reassuring, putting me completely at ease. The procedure was surprisingly quick and, to my relief, entirely painless. I couldn’t have asked for better care. Thank you to the team for making what could have been a daunting experience so comfortable!

I was sent here to have a tooth extracted. Never been there before I got there early and entered the reception wow, really lovely I was greeted by a lovely receptionist who made me feel really welcome. I was really impressed with the seats, very comfortable and plenty of space in the waiting area. I was called in by dentist assistant then Met the dentist a lovely lady. Both dentists made me feel relaxed and comfortable as they explained what they were going to do. After having the local anaesthetic the dentist did the job, removed the tooth no pain yippee. The other dentist explained to me what to do re the aftercare. I cannot recommend this practice enough. All the staff were so professional the practice spotless. Used to hate dentist, but these are brilliant cannot give them enough praise. Thank you all again from a very grateful me.

Having been referred by my own dentist for a removal of a molar, I visited Senacre practice as an outpatient. I have to say thank you for a painless and swift extraction of my broken tooth, all very easy and quick, so thank you again to the surgeon, Fahad, and his nurse, Lauren. It has been a very quick process and extremely easy to organise and not to spend ages on a phone has been an absolute god send.

After my own Dentist could not get my tooth out. They left the roots broken off in my jaw After spending 50 min with 2 Dentists trying to get it out they gave up.
and told me that i would have to be referred. I was a bit anxious about going. but when i arrived at the surgery i felt more confident that i was in good hands.

Yesterday I had a tooth extracted by the surgeon Alice and Nurse Chioma. I was treated with kindness and respect and the treatment exceeded my expectations. I was quite anxious about the procedure but was reassured and I felt I was well looked after.

Today I had an appointment for an extraction I was told by Alice and Olga that I was ok and reassured me everything will be ok and asked me If I was ok. I have never felt so relaxed in a dentist as I get very nervous but today had proved me wrong these two ladies was fantastic and very polite if I was to attend in future I would rather be seen by them again.
Today I had an appointment for an extraction and I was reassured throughout the process and check ins to see if I was okay. I was informed of what was going on and was made to feel as comfortable as I possibly could, despite typically being an anxious patient. My Surgeon was Fatima and my nurse was Leane.

I never thought I'd leave a 5star review for having 2 teeth extracted, & also can't believe what a pain free, quick & easy experience it was. I had 2 fractured/broken double teeth to be removed that I'd been putting off for ages, despite the pain that 1 of them was frequently giving me. I'm very anxious about dentists, hate anything to do with needles & blood, & prone to passing out if any of the above are encountered.
My dental nurse Lauren was very bright, friendly, & put me at ease. Sanaa my surgeon was so laid back, told me that neither tooth was going to present a problem, & she was true to her word. The injections are never pleasant, but probably the "best" I've ever had. The first tooth was out without me barely feeling a thing, & the 2nd with some very slight pressure was obviously "just another day at the office" for Sanaa.
I was only in the surgery for 15 minutes, & have to admit I cried with relief on the way out. All my anxiety & worry had been for nothing, & I can't recommend Sanaa highly enough.
It's now 2 days after, & I've had absolutely no pain or complications.
The lady on reception was very kind and helpful. Surgeon Ameer was very kind, told me everything that was happening making sure i was comfortable. The nurses were also very friendly. They all make you feel comfortable. I had nothing to worry about. Thankyou
I would like to say how grateful i am how Ravi carried out my tooth extraction, it was totally painless and his pleasant nurse made everything relaxing, thankyou.
I had a wisdom tooth extracted at KSS on 29/08/24, my surgeon was Sanna my nurse was Paige. From the onset I was put at ease, Sanna was so friendly, she listened to my fears and addressed them.
I can honestly say, I never felt the anaesthetic go in, never felt the tooth come out and lastly, never suffered the discomfort for 4 hrs after of a swollen face, dribbling whilst the anaesthetic wore off. It was as if I had never been injected. I am still in awe of the procedure. I would not hesitate to have oral surgery at this practice again, I cannot praise Sanaa highly enough. She is amazing. Thank you all, you are amazing.
I was referred by my dentist to have a broken wisdom tooth extracted. KSS Woking contacted me within 8 days, offered an appointment for Sunday 29th September. I was a little apprehensive as my teeth do not seem to pull easily, my daughter came with me. The receptionist was friendly, the lady dentist was fantastic to the point I never felt the injection to numb the gum but better still, I never had any of the swelling and numbness usually accompanying local anaesthetics. The extraction went without any hitches. I am SO impressed and so very grateful to the absolute gem of a lady dentist. Thank you so much.

I was referred by my dentist last Friday to Dentalessence and I was told the waiting list could be long. Surprisingly I was contacted Monday morning by KSS and offered me a slot for my wisdom tooth extraction.
I was very nervous as its first time in my life of having a tooth extraction. But once I arrived, receptionist was very friendly and efficiency, the dentist who treated me, Fahmida with her team are very professional, they explained the procedure and what could happen before starting, and carefully examined my tooth situation, then reassured me that everything sure be fine. I must say, the whole thing was done in 10 minutes and quick and painless. When finished, Fahmida also reminded me things to do and not to do, I can’t thank all the staff in that practice enough. Friendly and excellent service
My regular, local dentist, arranged my referral to Dental Surgery for removal of a broken but long rooted molar and subsequently I was contacted by Dentalessence.
I was particularly apprehensive since some years ago I had had a similar extraction the experience of which left me with a life-long fear of such procedures.
In the event my apprehension was completely unfounded. The dentist who treated me, Amy, instilled confidence and carried out the procedure with professionalism and obvious experience, whilst all the time keeping me advised of progress.

My Surgeon Fatima and my nurse Pratiksha made the experience of extracting my bottom 2 wisdom teeth a breeze. I was super nervous but they were brilliant. Their job was so great that I had no pain, swelling nor bruising after the procedure. Thank you so much!!!

After having a bad experience with a tooth extraction from another dentist which left my root still inside my gum and I was bleeding very badly for almost a day. I’m on blood thinners so my gum wouldn’t clot. I was referred to the kssminoralsurgery who are oral surgeons that are based at black bull road dentist. I telephoned them who gave me the number for kss so I could ring them to see how long I had to wait to get a appointment. the lady I spoke to was so nice got me in for a appointment for the next day at 9am and I was seen by surgeon Fatima and nurse Chioma who were absolutely brilliant telling me step by step what they were going too do. I can’t thank Fatima enough for your care many thanks again to you both.

I'd never had to have dental work done before so when i was told that i'd require an extraction of both my wisdom teeth i was nervous. Fast forward to the day and the dentist that i saw put me at ease and made sure i was comfortable. Considering i had complications with how my wisdom teeth were placed i felt absolutely nothing as my teeth were expertly extracted. Although i hope to not need another extraction, if i did need one i would hope to be referred to kss again.

Unfortunately my husband is disabled and needs 24 hour care. My daughter and myself took him for his dental appointment at Worthing for two teeth to be extracted. What excellent care he received during his visit from the surgeon Sanaa and the lovely dental nurse. So so caring and he has not had problems at all. Thank you once again.
Attended Maidstone branch today. Staff was very friendly and caring. Surgery was very clean. I was so scared to sit in the chair, but I was reasured that I wont feel anything and I didn't. Really nice to be greated with smile and looked after so gently. I wish they are my permament dentists.
From the moment i was shown to the treatment room i was made to feel relaxed and at ease by the young lady dentist and her nurse. They were so professional and took the time to explain the procedure before they began. I was given two injections, one in the gum which i didn't even feel and one in the roof of the mouth where i felt just a tiny scratch. The extraction went well and i didn't feel a thing, no pain whatsoever. A brilliant service and i cant thank them enough for the pain free treatment.

Alice was my surgeon and I let her know instantly that I was very nervous of the whole thing (injections and removal), I hadn't ever had any fillings or extractions before. Alice spent time beforehand to explain the procedure and what to expect and what possible outcomes I may have. Krish, the surgeon again was very reassuring, explained everything clearly and was extremely skilled when she started the process. The whole procedure was surprisingly pain free and the after care answers to my questions were exemplary.
After reading the consent form, i became very worried and was even thinking of cancelling my appointment. When i went there it was a different experience. The team greeted and welcomed me a smile. The extraction was superb, very pain free. I heard the dentist saying here is your tooth. I didn't even feel anything. They were on time and friendly. Was dreading my visit to dentist for removal of a particularly large, and deep rooted, crumbling tooth. Amy is an absolute STAR... She removed the tooth quickly and efficiently, and most important... the entire procedure was pain free! Staff were polite, friendly and every step of the procedure was explained as we went along, so I was not anxious or worried that anything might be going awry. Even though I attended as an NHS patient, I received 1st class treatment worthy of a full fee paying private patient. Highly recommended practice!
Had two teeth removed, the surgery went well with no problems the dentist made me feel at ease , it was virtually painless
Just amazing! Sanaa and the nurse were lovely and my tooth was out in seconds, literally seconds. Absolutely no discomfort and just to make things perfect the numbness lasted no more than 15 minutes after. Sanaa definitely has dentist super powers and I can not thank the team enough.

I have had two wisdom teeth extracted in three months. Both extractions were carried out very efficiently and painlessly, with minimal after effects. Very impressive service.
There were great difficulties at another practice over pulling out a very troublesome back tooth. I was at a very low ebb. I arrived at KSS in some pain but was so quickly calmed by the team (Surgeon Alice and Nurse Lauren). Their incredibly calm and professional attitude and their totally competent work process dealt with the problem and sent me on my way with the work done and my mental state restored. I was referred to KSS after my Dentist could not remove my tooth. I was seen by Alice Jamison and her assistant. After explaining about my severe gag reflex I was put at ease by the explanation on how the procedure would be carried out. All went well and my tooth was extracted in a couple of seconds. Weeks later it is all healed.
I have just come back from what was for me an extremely nerve racking and upsetting time.
I explained my situation to Alice and her assistant (apologies I should have written down the name) and to say that I was put at ease and it was the most painless and reassuring treatment I have ever received. I have had teeth extracted in the past and have always been prodded and poked and it has taken so long, I could have cried when Alice removed the tooth I was honestly how shocked at how smoothly and fast it went.

Today I got transferred here from my dentist for a extraction I was seen by Ravi Raval, he was absolutely wonderful so professional and explained everything he did it quickly and painless, and what a nice guy I had Lauren mills as the dental nurse and again what a lovely lady, I have a fear of the dentist and she held my hand all the time I was having the work done, if I could have these two every time I went to the dentist I would have no fear. And as for the receptionist again a lovely lady Stacy wright, thankyou everyone for being so wonderful and if anyone has a fear of the dentist try requesting for these people absolutely wonderful and very highly recommended.

I recently had an extraction performed at the college road surgery.Something i had worried about having done for some time. The Dental Nurse very nice, friendly and helped me relax very quickly, the extraction process was explained by the Dentist and was fast and efficiently carried out, and as I write this less than a week later there has been little discomfort at all as my mouth recovers. If I ever need another tooth out I would be very happy to use them again.
I am a person with dental phobia who had to have (what my dentist termed as a complex extraction) today. I was referred to have it done. Hari the dental surgeon and his lovely assistant were absolutely brilliant. Both so Kind patient & caring. I felt no pain during the procedure. I cannot recommend them enough. I visited this morning for an impacted wisdom tooth removal. Ravi was very professional, informative, quick but most important, reassuring! Nurse Lauren was also amazing and I’m very grateful for them both for making my visit manageable! Stacey on reception was very friendly, the welcoming face you definitely need when visiting a dentist!! All 3 really went that extra mile to calm my nerves. Thank you all! My experience was superb, relaxing and enjoyable experience by a wonderful team professionals, even to the extent of the lady on reception eating breakfast whilst dealing with patients.

Last Saturday I had an upper molar extraction carried out by Ragunathan (Hari) assisted by Charlotte. I am a nervous patient but they were both very kind and patient throughout and I knew I was in safe hands with professional service provided. A great team.

I needed 2 Extractions and was referred to KSS by my dentist. Alice and her charming nurse were supremely professional, punctual and quickly put me at my ease. Had 8 injections in total and only felt one. I can honestly say that apart from the sensation of pressure, there was absolutely no pain at all. 2 extractions, 20 minutes from start to finish. One day later and barely any pain at all. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Thank you

Needed to have two broken teeth removed, so was referred to KSS. At the appointment the Surgeon Fahmida and nurse Lauren, who were both professional, friendly, and put me at ease immediately. They explained the procedures and gave good aftercare advice etc. Top marks to these ladies for making it as pain free and relaxing as possible.

I was referred to KSS by my dentist after I had broken my tooth, my dentist attempted to take the tooth out but failed so I was referred. My appointment was today and wow! I’ve never felt so comfortable in a dentist chair as much as I was today! Both dentist and nurse I saw were so kind, and made me feel so comfortable. They went through what they was doing while doing it, which made me aware of what was happening and asking if I was okay throughout and reassuring me that I was doing well. I received amazing service today.I broke a tooth 2nd March,my own dentist was unable to remove the root so I was referred on to KSS minor oral surgery. The root was extracted today with no problem, painless, very efficient service. I was referred to KSS surgery and arrived yesterday afternoon to have 2 teeth out. Unfortunately I didn’t get the names of the dentist and nurse who looked after me but they were amazing. The whole process from arrival to completion was caring, understanding, professional and informative the whole time. They worked quickly informing me all the time. Not usually one to leave reviews but the title says it all. My dentist tried to extract a molar and ended up leaving the root in. Was in pain for two days and apprehensive at getting the root removed. The two dentists were pleasant and understanding and had the extraction done in no time with no pain at all. Now I’m not going to say I wish I could have a tooth out every day but it really wasn’t bad at all. Many thanks

Wow! I think that one word sums up my experience. I was so anxious about having my bottom wisdom tooth removed, but after the uncomfortable injection was done, a wiggle and slight pull and it was out without me even realising! Thank you so much.

I have not slept well for 2 nights with worry about today's procedure but I needn't have. The two ladies were reassuring, calming and encouraging from start to finsh. They told me what they were about to do all the way through and it was quick, painless and over in 15 minutes. Yes my mouth is sore but nothing I was not warned about or unexpected. I had an already broken upper right molar extracted at the Chalk Hill Road, Tonbridge site. From start to finish they were professional and brilliant. It was not an easy tooth to get out because one root went under the rearmost tooth, and there were broken roots to remove too. And she did it in about fifteen minutes. I didn't feel a thing apart from pressure. I had to persuade myself to take pain killers anyway in the days that followed. I did ask them on the way out if they were taking on new NHS patients, but alas not at that time.
Wasn't looking forward to having broken tooth removed but it was all done in minutes buy a professional at Senacre and no pain. Would have it done all over again.Thank you.

I had an extraction today that my dentist couldn't do because she couldn't numb the tooth, so I was a bit apprehensive to say the least, and had been worried about it since I received my appointment a week ago.
But I needn't have worried, both the ladies, dentist and nurse, were friendly, courteous and extremely professional, that tooth my dentist couldn't remove was out in a matter of minutes, without any pain or hassle, I really can't thank them or this company enough.
I was shaking when I went into the building, the receptionist was very welcoming and for a few minutes took my mind off what I was there for. But I was shaking when I was called into dental room, the two ladies there made me feel at ease by explaining what was going to happen, it made me feel very safe in their hands, in the end I had 5 teeth removed, everything was done quickly and pain free, I can’t thank these ladies enough. I apologise for forgetting these lovely ladies names. XX
Today I had a wisdom tooth out. It’s the first tooth I’ve ever had out & when I sat in the chair, I cried.
The dentist was so lovely, calm, patient and professional. He put me at ease and it was over within five minutes.
I’ve heard horror stories first hand but this experience has totally eroded my fear.

Two days ago (mar 16) I had a tooth extraction . I was in the good hands of Jasveen (the surgeon) and Sarah (nurse). From the time I walked into the surgery I was put at ease and came away pain free, and two days on all fine. All I can say is thank you to the pair of you both a great team.
I was so nervous after a bad experience at a dentist a few years ago . This company from start to finish put me at ease . When my appointment was booked i was able to text or call with questions & on the day the surgeon was gentle , reassuring & super fast. I didn't feel any pain , and my tooth was out within minutes. I had a stitch and went home. The best experience at the dentist I've had in a very long time. Thankyou
I yesterday (28th February) attended this dental practice at Staplehurst to have a tooth extracted and I was extremely nervous. I was greeted by Jasveen (Dentist) and Lauren (nurse) and they assured me I had no need to be nervous, I was in good hands. 24 hours after the tooth came out I can say I have had very little pain, Jasveen and Lauren were fantastic and I would certainly recommend this surgery. I cannot speak highly enough of the wonderful treatment I had with my double extraction experience. I was a little apprehensive but was immediately put at my ease. The experience was all over in about ten minutes, and I was not uncomfortable and felt no pain.
Had four extractions.... The nurse and dentist were really good quickly put me at ease. Quick and painless.
On arriving at the surgery I was very nervous. Mrs Matharu put me completely at ease. She was lovely and I couldn't have wished to have anyone else to do my extraction. This was last Friday the 18th.
