I had a terrible experience at my own dentist after sitting in a chair for nearly 2 hours and they still couldn’t remove my tooth . I was referred to your centre and the treatment I received was first class . Alice & Lauren were so lovely they put me at ease , took their time and assured me my tooth would come out as this is what they do extractions all day . I was in the chair less then 15 mins , tooth removed , and didn’t feel a thing . I was crying with such relief after . I was reassured through the whole process and given time I needed . Highly recommended& thank you so very much 😊

I had a tooth extracted on May the 1st at Dental Practice,
360 High St,
Rochester ME1 1DJ. Despite the fact that I was late due to going to the wrong dentist in the first place ( my mistake ) I was greeted with a big smile from the receptionist , she reassured me that I could still have my procedure. The dental nurse and the dentist were equally welcoming and very professional. The extraction was very quick and I am extremely grateful to not being in pain any longer .

I went into the surgery very nervous and stressed but I was immediately put at ease by Flora and her nurse Zuzca
The procedure was very quick and relatively painless and it was all over in 15minutes
I was given full aftercare information and left to go home much happier and calmer than when I arrived
I can fully recommend this surgery in Haywards Heath and it’s caring staff

Hi went in very nevous having never had any dental work. I needed my wisdom tooth taken out. The dental nurse and dentist were both excellent. Kind empathetic and explained the whole thing well. The only part I would change is more information before hand of what to expect to alleviate worry. Overall great experience very quick

I didn’t catch the name of the dentist that I had at 1:15 today but he was amazing, kind, efficient and so quick I was amazed. I was incredibly nervous but had no need to be as he was amazing !!

Believe it or not, i feel my dental phobia was cured yesterday! After a terrible experience years ago i have been terrified of dentistry. I had a molar extraction yesterday.....done by an amazing (KSS IMOS) team (working at) patels in Folkestone. Dare i say.....an amazing experience, done with care ,empathy and excellent skills. I had a tooth extraction booked and was ridiculously scared after a bad experience at another practice. The second I met Flora (Dr Menzies) she put me at ease. She’s kind, compassionate and brilliant at her job. She made the whole procedure quick and easy and I’m extremely grateful to her. Zuzka was also lovely and kind. Both are a credit to your business, I can’t thank them enough.

The dentist Mo, wow what can I say. I was crying when I got int he room he told me put my music on and just relax I don’t feel a thing I was in the room the whole of 5 minutes. Think my fear of dentist is over Thankyou so much for sorting out something that was such a big issue for me

I had to have my top teeth taken out in two sitting in February and march. I was absolutely petrified of dentists. Both surgeon and nurse were very kind caring reassuring they both took their time to make sure i was comfortable and relaxed both were professional. Both ambassadors to this amazing company. I write this on behalf of my husband who as dementia.who had all his teeth out. I can not say how much both sanaa and lauren were caring kind funny making my husband relaxed and at ease. Both are professional and an absolute credit to the company. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you so.
