I had a tooth extraction today at your surgery in KSS Woking, the service I received was superb. The dentist was pleasant, very kind and put me at ease.I believe the tooth she removed was quite challenging but after a few tugs it was out. Did not feel any pain. Thank you very much you were superb.

I was grateful for the calm professionalism of Dr Menzies yesterday at the KSS oral surgery unit in Haywards Heath. Finding a functioning meter in the adjoining car park was considerably more stressful than having my tooth extracted. Her skill and no nonsense approach was much appreciated.

Dr Flora Menzies and her nurse Zuzka at the KSS Minor oral surgery Haywards Heath branch were fabulous. I was so scared before my appointment but they instantly put me at ease. The procedure and recovery have been much better than i anticipated. I couldn't recommend them enough.

I had a wisdom tooth removed by Flora and Zuzka. They were both very professional and Flora was very reassuring. You will be in and out before you know it and it will be all over and you can stop worrying. Compared to a previous wisdom tooth extraction at another dentist, this was about as good as it gets I think.

I regret that I didn’t ask the name of the dentist surgeon, because she was exceptional. Excellent communication. Efficient yet calming. Didn’t feel any pain and other than a small amount of swelling, was comfortably talking pain free with ten hours.

I was honestly expecting a difficult experience, but it turned out to be the complete opposite—I didn’t even feel when the tooth was removed! They made me feel so comfortable and at ease from start to finish.
