Considering this was the last place I wanted to be! Can only say the treatment and care was superb. Dr Flora Menzies and nurse Zuzka.

The last time I had a tooth out was best part of 45yrs ago so I suppose that ins't bad BUT it still did not stop me from feeling anxious about having to have one pulled out especially being on blood thinners be it temporarily halted a few days beforehand. Thankfully it was not a wisdom tooth but upper right 5 but was still somewhat nervous to say the least. However, I found the reception staff and of course the surgeon (??) and the Nurse (Lauren) very reassuring which really did make me feel at ease. The extraction was painless (apart form that initial needle in the roof of the mouth but that's to be expected and that was gone in secs). It was good really that it did not take long, was in the chair and it was out in less than 5 mins so on that point, got it over with super quick 🙂 other than a couple of questions at the beginning. All in all I am so thankful to the whole team for making my visit a relaxing one, so much so that I'm contemplating moving from my local dentist to this practice be it twice the distance from my home. A super professional service all round. Thank you.

Best extraction ever.

After 3 failed tooth extraction attempts at my usual dentist I was referred to the KSS dentist in Redhill.
My tooth was extracted within 20 minutes of arriving at the dentist. A professional, friendly, and reassuring experience from being greeted at reception, to being made comfortable by the dental nurse/assistant, and to the dentist themselves. Everyone was so nice... thank you KSS Redhill.

I am normally scared of the dentist but they made Preeyan and Lauren made me feel so comfortable and safe. It was a quick and painless tooth removal, honestly I am so grateful !!!! They deserve 100stars for their job!!

Having worried all week about my tooth extraction, I need not have worried at all. I was really pleasantly surprised by my visit to KSS, the waiting room was a little like a morgue until I broke the ice with several waiting patients, a little soothing music would not have gone a miss, sitting in complete silence was never going to help ones anxiety, just a thought. The two girls who handled my extraction were absolutely brilliant, they told me not to worry, ensured that my local anaesthetic had really done its job before assuring me again that it would be an easy extraction, and it was. I really would like to thank both I do not know their names except one grew up in Gravesend hence her lovely dialect. I left minus one troublesome tooth, feeling really relieved and perfectly fine. First tooth extraction ever at 60 years old and it had to be a high up, horizontal wisdom tooth. I was petrified, scared stiff! The dentist was no-nonsense so I didn’t think my fears would be taken seriously but I had nothing to worry about. It wasn’t a straight-forward extraction, was more complicated than first thought but I was palpitating less than when just a normal check up. No water running down my throat, kept informed all the way and left with full instructions on how to look after my mouth after the event. Reception staff were welcoming, lovely and friendly and I would recommend to anyone

From reception to dental staff, all were courtious and kind. The procedure was fully explained and I was assured that the procedure would be painless and quick. I was not disappointed! Thank you for making a very unpleasant event so, dare I say it, pleasant!.
