I had a tooth extraction booked and was ridiculously scared after a bad experience at another practice. The second I met Flora (Dr Menzies) she put me at ease. She’s kind, compassionate and brilliant at her job. She made the whole procedure quick and easy and I’m extremely grateful to her. Zuzka was also lovely and kind. Both are a credit to your business, I can’t thank them enough.

The dentist Mo, wow what can I say. I was crying when I got int he room he told me put my music on and just relax I don’t feel a thing I was in the room the whole of 5 minutes. Think my fear of dentist is over Thankyou so much for sorting out something that was such a big issue for me

I had to have my top teeth taken out in two sitting in February and march. I was absolutely petrified of dentists. Both surgeon and nurse were very kind caring reassuring they both took their time to make sure i was comfortable and relaxed both were professional. Both ambassadors to this amazing company. I now can go to the dentist without dread and fear. Highly recommend. Thank you

I write this on behalf of my husband who as dementia.who had all his teeth out. I can not say how much both sanaa and lauren were caring kind funny making my husband relaxed and at ease. Both are professional and an absolute credit to the company. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you so.

My sincerest thanks to the very skilled Dental Surgeon Hari who performed the extraction of my upper left wisdom tooth on 2nd May at Lewes.  The procedure was performed painlessly and the healing process is well underway just two days later. He was ably assisted by Charlotte, the nurse who gave helpful advice on aftercare.

I had my wisdom tooth extracted today and the procedure felt like it took 2 minutes if that. Dr Flora Menzies and her lovely nurse were kind, caring, helpful and reassuring. I felt totally safe and relaxed the entire time. She took the time to make sure I was calm and checked in with me constantly. The procedure was so easy and painless and she made sure of that. I could not fault the service I received it was absolutely top notch. I heard so many horror stories about wisdom tooth extractions and none of them reflected my experience in the slightest. Flora is a fantastic surgeon and if I ever need an extraction again I would be delighted for her to do it.

All staff were friendly and extremely reassuring. Procedures like this are never pleasant and can be very stressful, but it was a quick, efficient pain free extraction.

I had 2 teeth removed today. The procedure itself was over very quickly and without any pain, even the injections didnt hurt which is what i was most nervous for but i didnt feel them. I cant fault that side of things.
The only thing i didnt like was it felt very clinical and emotionally cold. I didnt even get the chance to tell them i was nervous as it felt they wanted me in and out as quick as possible.
Removal was excellent but some warmth and reassurance alongside that would of made me feel a lot more at ease.
