I had an upper wisdom tooth extracted recently. I was pretty nervous but Dr Flora really reassured me beforehand and explained exactly what the process was. Only ten minutes after walking through the door, I was ready to leave, minus the tooth! Super professional service, really pleased.

I had neglected my teeth for some time and as such needed some teeth extracted, including a wisdom tooth. I was so nervous as I have had terrible experiences in the past with other dentists. My daughter and I were in the waiting area and a gentleman came out and said the dentist was brilliant! This was reassuring, and when the next patient went in and out with a similar conclusion I was hoping for the best, but still hyper nervous! It was my turn and I was greeted by the lovely nurse and dentist who were very professional. The dentist was very, very gentle with the injections and the nurse was reassuring me all the way. Within no time at all, my three teeth were out - it was amazing how quick and pain free it was! Both Mo the dentist and Lauren the nurse were fantastic at their jobs and I cannot thank them enough! When I left, I shared my experience to the next in line who also had a wisdom tooth to be taken out - I reassured him, like I had been reassured by the patients before me! I have never felt compelled to write a review for a dentist, but Mo and Lauren at the KSS Folkestone clinic exceeded my expectations and they deserve merit for making me smile again!

Sorry, one more thing - Mo and Lauren did not make me feel bad about the state of my teeth - this was lovely of them both! And, 24 hours later - no pain whatsoever!!!! Highly recommended!!!!

I visited today to have two extractions and I was absolutely terrified! However Fahad and Zuzana made me feel completely at ease and completed the procedure quickly and totally pain free.. I can honestly say I no longer have such a fear of dental treatment after today! Thank you!
And lady on reception was so friendly and lovely too, would definitely recommend.

I was referred by my dentist for a wisdom tooth extraction. Dr Flora Menzies was the surgeon and Zuzka the nurse. They were both kind, informative and patient. I was put at ease immediately and the extraction took around 20 minutes. Really appreciate how easy and painless Dr Flora and Zuzka made the entire process!
