I was referred by my dentist to have an upper wisdom tooth removed and although I was rather apprehensive, Bejal (dentist) and Poppy (nurse) put me at me ease - as much as was possible. Bejal was amazing - even the anaesthetic jabs weren't too bad and I couldn't believe that the tooth was out in just a few minutes and I was ready to go home. Thank you so much to both Bejal and Poppy for making this so easy and pain free.

I was in excruciating pain in one of my back upper teeth from Sunday 1st Feb and was allocated an emergency appointment at my regular Dentist on Tuesday 2nd Feb where he drilled into the tooth, took nerves out and packed it with anti-Biotics as a temporary measure but was going to refer me to "KSS IMOS" for extraction but the closest appointment was for 12th Feb - of course I couldn't stand this level of pain for another 10 days.

I spoke with "Sarah" @ KSS IMOS who was extremely accommodating and offered me an appointment for Thursday 5th Feb in Sussex, 55 miles away which I of course snapped up

Driving down from Kent, I arrived at “KSS- Dental Essence” with hot water bottle held to my face and was met by 2 ladies at reception who booked me in and assured me that the dentist would see me as a matter of urgency. Sure enough “Flora” the dental surgeon saw the level of pain I was in so leaving out the niceties proceeded to numb me up. This took more anaesthetic than I anticipated but at all times she made me feel as much at ease as she could, as did the dental nurse.

Extraction was very quick then Flora explained what she had done including cutting the gum to release discharge and went through the issue with the actual tooth.
This was followed by after case procedures and expectations for the coming days with potential things to look for.

Leaving the surgery I once again chatted briefly to the receptionists and thanked them for the service then

Back home, I am still in pain as expected but not as severe as before the surgery

Was sent over to KSS as my own dentist unable to perform extraction. Dr Menzies put me at ease, tooth extracted with no problems and pointed out an issue that will need addressing in the future .

Incredible! I was fully expecting a wrestling match to remove the remains of my broken tooth. After injections, no more than pin pricks, removal was acheived in seconds and painlessly. Now two days afterwards I can eat and drink with no more than a slight bruising feeling - remarkable.

Having to arrive at the KSS Weybridge surgery i was greeted so pleasant and warm. My dentist made me feel so comfortable........ I've never had quick tooth extraction and no pain, i didn't have much bleeding. Today is my second day..... no pain or swelling. I would recommend KSS to my friends and family.

Absolutely fabulous service. Was able to get an appointment asap if you wanted it! I needed to change my original appointment and the lady was so helpful. On time. To be honest I was petrified!! As soon as I walked in the Dentist and dental nurse were so calming and immediately put me at ease. When I say the whole experience was about 3 minutes... I mean incredible! Do not know what I was worried about!! Was also was worried about the recovery, again no need to be - was absolutely fine!! From start to finish absolutely great.

My extraction wisdom tooth today was brilliantly done. I had a on time appointment & within minutes I was seen by Both the surgical dentist Fatima & Poppy her dental nurse were very professional. Great stuff. Thank you.

Having arrived a the Maidstone surgery for an extraction I was greeted by a very pleasant lady called Lauren who called me into the surgery. Sarah, the dental surgen, performed the extraction with super efficiency. These two ladies did their very best to allay my fear of dentists.

KSS have been fantastic from the moment my referral was made. They have been super informative with their emails. They have a very easy booking service via text/email and on the day the team in weybridge were outstanding!

They were running on time, made sure I felt comfortable throughout, there was absolutely no pain throughout. It was a lot quicker than I expected and less bleeding and swelling than I had imagined.

Highly recommend!!
